By using Acadex, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Uganda. These terms apply to all school administrators, teachers, and staff using the platform.

We aim for 99.9% uptime, recognizing the critical nature of school operations. Maintenance is scheduled during low-usage hours (typically late nights EAT) to minimize disruption.

Acadex does not own student or school data. The school remains the sole data controller. We act as the data processor under your instruction.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kampala.
