All sensitive school and student data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We prioritize secure data handling practices to ensure compliance with national education standards in the regions we operate.
4. Your Rights under Uganda Law
Under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data. For student records, these rights are managed by the school administration.
